To ensure the highest quality, your bespoke piece is shipped directly from our artisan workshop to your door. Please anticipate a total delivery window of 7 to 14 business days.
Returns
Given the delicate nature of preserved blooms, we offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. All returns are processed at our McKinney, Texas facility. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs. Should your piece arrive compromised during transit, please contact us within 48 hours for an expedited resolution.
