Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the unparalleled craftsmanship of our preserved floral art. If for any reason your piece does not align with your expectations, BESIDE FLORALS accepts returns within 14 days of package delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the arrangement must be in its original, untouched condition and secured in our bespoke transit packaging. Please note that clients are responsible for the arrangement of and costs associated with return shipping. We strongly advise using an insured, trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for items damaged during the return transit.
Damaged in Transit
Given the fragile nature of natural blooms, rare transit complications may occur despite our rigorous protective packaging. If your arrangement arrives compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@besideflorals.com, including clear photos and videos of both the arrangement and the exterior box.
Our team will evaluate the situation and offer tiered resolutions based on the severity:
- Minor Wear: We may offer an exclusive store credit, seasonal gift, or partial adjustment should you choose to keep the piece.
- Structural Damage: We will expedite the production and shipment of a brand-new replacement piece at no cost to you. If your timeline does not permit waiting for the expedited replacement, a full unconditional refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Voiding of Return Eligibility
The sophisticated preservation technology ensures longevity without maintenance. However, the intentional application of water, perfumes, synthetic fragrances, or essential oils to the blooms will permanently compromise the cellular structure. Any such applications will instantly void the 14-day return policy and any quality guarantee.
