1. The Nature of Preserved Blooms

What are preserved flowers?
Distinct from dried flowers, our authentic blooms undergo a patented Japanese botanical process that replaces their natural sap with a non-toxic serum. This allows them to retain the supple texture and vibrant color of freshly cut flowers for over 3 years.

Do they require water or sunlight?
Absolutely not. Our arrangements are essentially frozen in time. Providing water or placing them in direct, harsh sunlight will permanently compromise the delicate preservation structure.

2. Environmental Care Guidelines

Ideal Storage Conditions
To ensure maximum longevity, please display your piece in a dry, indoor environment. Keep the arrangement away from high humidity, extreme heat, and direct air conditioning vents.

Can I remove the blooms from the box?
No. The arrangement is meticulously handcrafted and secured within its bespoke vessel. Attempting to remove or aggressively touch the petals may lead to structural damage.

Can I spray perfume on them?
Please avoid applying perfumes or synthetic fragrances directly onto the blooms. The alcohol content in commercial fragrances will instantly deteriorate the natural petals.

How do I handle a damaged shipment?
While rare, transit damage can occur. Should your piece arrive compromised, please unbox it carefully, take clear photographs, and email us within 48 hours for immediate priority assistance.
